The Miscarriage Association is £102 better off after last nights quiz, as are two of the contestants in the Higher and Lower Game who won £30 and £70 on the turn of the cards.

It's the same cause next week, so let's hope for a repeat performance!

Last night's quiz raised another £81 for the Guide Hut Car Park and the Higher and Lower top line was won by Lucky Eddie again - he must have sold his soul to someone!

Next week's quiz is for Miscarriage Association, when Peter will be back to ask the questions - thanks to Eddie and Andy for standing in over the last two weeks.

Last night's quiz raised another £86.50 towards the Iron Bridge Restoration Fund. We are now very very close to achieving our targets for match funding, so thank you to everyone who has continued to support us.

The Higher and Lower prize was elusive again, so still £100 to play for next week, when the cause to benefit will be the Guide Hut Car Park again.

£103.50 was raised for the Guides Hut Carpark last night and the Higher & Lower Jackpot of £100 was won.

Next week's quiz is the monthly one for the Iron Bridge. The second one for the Guides will be the week after.

Another £86 this week makes a total of £181, thats an awful lot of goats and things for the Third World. Lucky Eddie won another £30 on the H&L.

Next weeks quiz is to help towards a new car park for the recently re-built Girl Guide hut, (not really a hut more of a hall???).

£95 was raised for Practical Action at Wednesday's quiz - hopefully the same or better next week for the same cause.

The Higher and Lower was over in a flash, so the Jackpot remains at £100.

£110 was raised for the Sea Scouts at the last quiz, giving them a healthy total of £188.50 over the two weeks.

Thanks to Eddie for running the quiz in Peter's absence. We're not sure who the next one is for, so hopefully Peter will let us know when he's back.

The post Xmas malaise meant that it wasn't quite as busy this week. We still managed to raise £78.50 for Stockport Sea Cadets and hopefully more next week.
H&L wasn't won so still £100 up for grabs next week!

The second quiz for Prostate Cancer Support was well attended and with donations on the night a further £138.50 was raised making a Grand total over the two quizzes of a magnificent £300!!!!
The next two weeks quizzes are in support of Stockport Sea Scouts.

Another good Quiz last night with £108.60 being raised for the Iron Bridge Project Match Funding. The Higher and Lower Game was won AGAIN by LUCKY Eddie - who took £30 for completing the top line.

Ok, ok! Anyway, the battle against Prostate Cancer benefitted to the tune of £161.50 last night at a very busy Turkey Special quiz night.

The Higher and Lower Game was won on the top line twice, resulting in prizes of £30 (£10 of which was donated to the charity) & £20.

Next week's quiz on 28th December is in aid of the Iron Bridge Restoration Project.

Last night's generous winner of the Higher and Lower Game £100 Jackpot added £20 to the £124 raised by the Quiz, to take the two week total for The Otterspool Animal Haven to a fantastic £274!
