Marple Rocks!For those not in the know yet, a little craze is sweeping the nation where people leave painted rocks hidden in public places.
The idea is to decorate pebbles and hide them in parks, beaches, town centres... or anywhere else. if you find one, you take a photo, post it to a Facebook group and then hide it nearby for the next person to find, perhaps posting clues to where it can be found. Apparently there are loads being discovered in Memorial Park amongst other places locally.
It seems a great way to get kids and adults out and about in the fresh air.
If you spot any painted rocks around Marple and you don't want to take part, please just leave them where you find them, don't take them away.
