Can anyone confirm if there was a road accident involving a tree at the junction of Winnington and Station Roads recently? I believe it was in the week May 2nd - May 8th but if anyone can be more precise that would be very helpful.
Apparently the Council are installing some new signs and traffic calming measures at the junction which Andrew Stunell has called "dodgy". Mr Stunell wrote to the Council in December about the junction, but I am not aware that any action has been taken since.
