Went in Friday night and it was a surprise to find that you were no longer there (although I knew you were up for sale).
We'll miss your 'perfectly cooked, lightly battered fish - and chips'.
Never any scraps left after a chippy tea!
You'll be a hard act to follow.

As many of you will now know, we left Whittakers at the end of March.

It happened quicker than we thought and so we were not able to catch some of our loyal customers to say goodbye.

We would just like to thank the Marple community for your support over the last couple of years - we have loved our time here but it is time to move on to our next venture in Wigan.
