In response to significant reductions in government funding, the ‘Investing in Stockport’ programme will involve all public agencies working together in new ways with the people and businesses of the borough to make the best use of the resources we have.
To understand the real nature of the financial challenges the Council is facing, residents are being urged to watch a short video which explains more about the current situation and the ‘Investing in Stockport’ programme: http://www.stockport.gov.uk/investinginstockport
