Look out for Santa's Sleigh around Marple - [16 & 17 December 2014]

Used to. Come  Glossop road lower fold and call in at the Windsor never see or hear them now suppose it's health and safety again .....

I'm pretty sure it was Marple and Goyt Valley who used to do the Marple Bridge area and their sleigh has been out of commission for several years. They recently suggested that their members were becoming too few and too old to do the sleigh run any more. So not H&S but a lack of able volunteers on this occasion I think.

The New Mills, Marple and District Rotary Club's Sleigh will be visiting the following areas in the coming week:

Tuesday 16th December - Woodville Drive and surrounds.
Wednesday 17th December - Ley Hey Estate.

Visits are between 6pm until 9.00pm.
