The children of Cherry Tree Estate need a playground. Children have even started playing on the nearby road and reports of anti-social behaviour have gone up.
Local residents came together to organise clean-up days and a community Bonfire Night to clear the site.
Local children themselves have organised bake sales and so far they have secured nearly £12,000 but they need a lot more to get their wish.
