By way of introduction, I work for the charity (Community Council of Lancashire, known as Community Futures) that owned Brentwood House when it was a recuperation home and our offices in Preston now bear the name Brentwood House in honour of our heritage. We have been working (slowly) on the archives from the orginal Brentwood House over the past year, uncovering some truly amazing (sometimes heartbreaking) stories . It is now time to use what we have found to create a permanent record of the people who were part of it and I noticed that some Forum members have already shared memories on this website. I would love to hear from people who can share their stories, photos and anything else they think may be of interest. I am also looking for people who would be willing to be interviewed.
