Thanks for your help with this. Have managed to make contact with Nick Millward but he is not able to do it.

However, a piper has been found for the task, which was to play at the next Roman Lakes Tea Dance.

Anyone got any contact details for a local Bag Pipes player please?

Nicky Millward. He lives in Marple (off Church Lane) and is on the Virtual Tour playing the pipes on a canal boat! Unfortunately I don't have a contact number for him. However, I do know he works at a golf club as a groundsman and a google search brought up -

Try Windsor castle joane may know one they used  to be one played there on there music night .
