In case you do find the choice of Google results too broad, here is a nice article about the free support available via friendly moderators that are available for most of the queries - I used their service when my laptop crashed two weeks before the final paper submission (ah, university years) and I was able to recover the majority of the work I thought was lost at the time.

Can anybody help please, I frequently get the below screen flasing up, it does not seem to affect my computer, although I do often get a double screen when I search for a site,

I am loath to start messing about in case I wreck it.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
