The end of the post above suggested that orange is contacted after the phone is received - presumably to arrange a return of it not to tell them you were keeping it 

Glad I posted this to warn you that people on Hogarth road have been scammed . In future I will not say anything let you get on with it .

Please be ware  there is a scam going round were a phone will be deliverd from orange then someone calls to say has there a phone been deliverd to the wrong address . Some people hand over the phone you are left with the bill . . Be ware please call the police ther are interested in this matter .
