The exchange is at about 24:35 where Michael took Hazel Blears to task for using emotive language about public sector workers rather than doing something positive and promoting local entrepreneurship.

Hazel Blears is just awful; an opportunistic intellectual lightweight. It's frightening to think she had responsibilities for policing and counter-terrorism when she was in government.
