Can I make a small suggestion, the date of the Carnival (and the time it starts) should be much more prominent on the site. The date is buried in the opening paragraph from the Chairman, and the time it starts isn't visible "above the fold".

If anyone is filming the carnival parade with a Hi Def camera then please let the committee know as they would like to have footage from the people's point of view.
