I have been advised by my hosting provider that Virgin Media customers may be unable to communicate with our servers due to issues at Virgin's end.

I certainly cannot access the site via my PC and normal Virgin BB connection but access by phone is fine.

Virgin are currently working to resolve the issue but an ETA has not been provided at this time.

They seems to have resolved it - I have access again. Was anyone else effected?
