My friend has just informed me that she has been speaking to a local lady who had taken her dog to the Memorial Park for its usual daily walk. Once home the dog became very ill so was taken to the vets where the owner of the dog after various tests and investigations was told that the reason for the dogs near death experence was due to eating a Class A Drug. I have heard from Marple based youth workers that drug dealers are targeting local youths in the Memorial Park. Bringing back a park warden or re opening the police station maybe a good idea
