This postcard of a church alter was donated to Marple Local History Society recently along with several others, mostly featuring the Chadkirk Estate (and uploaded to the Tour today). At the moment MLHS archivists don't recognise this image and wondered if any of our visitors would. Is it a local church or does it have nothing to do with the other cards it accompanied? Is it even the inside of Chadkirk Chapel before more recent alterations?
