Memorial Park

The alterations to the entrance are beginning to look good - they will be a great improvement.  However, I see the mindless 'ungodly' are up to their tricks i.e. smashing windows in the Senior Citizens hall, etc.  What can we do about this - some of the lights are obscured by trees - could these be trimmed?  Maybe a further camera in the park could be the answer - but I doubt if finance would be available for this.  Any sensible answers, anyone?
