The land off windlehurst road has been sold, anyone know what the plans are. :-\

The agents blurb speaks of a covenant that would probably make it uneconomical for it to be used for building.

Ah so 'accommodation' may possibly mean something else other than houses.  Reading all this it look like no planning permission has been given.  Hope it stays that way.  There is plenty of building going on in brown field sites at the moment.

Anyone know anything about the large amount of land for sale on the left on Upper Hibbert Lane above Goyt Mill.  From what I could see as I was passing while driving I think it said accommodation land for sale in lots.  If this is for building then there will be a heck of a lot of houses going up there.  Has planning permission been granted or is it one of those speculative sales that you read about where planning permission isn't guaranteed?  Is it green belt land?
