Hi Jerome,Yes pilates is suitable for most people. However I need to know a little history regarding any health issues you may have. If you arrive to one of my classes 10 mins prior to start time I will be able to discuss this with you and be able to advise on any exercises you may have to avoid.I have men who attend my mon morning/tues wed evening and friday morning classes.Hope to see you at one of my classes soon.Juliewww.juliecrossfitnessandpilates.com
