Hi Nick

Fitness classes (aerobics/step) are £4 a session and Pilates are £4.50 pay on the day. Monday step/aerobics is not as dancey as the Friday class. Classes at Brabyns re-open  w/c 14th June (closed due to primary school holidays). Hope this helps and look forward to meeting you

Best wishes

Hi Jerome,

Yes pilates is suitable for most people. However I need to know a little history regarding any health issues you may have. If you arrive to one of my classes 10 mins prior to start time I will be able to discuss this with you and be able to advise on any exercises you may have to avoid.

I have men who attend my mon morning/tues wed evening and friday morning classes.

Hope to see you at one of my classes soon.

Julie

I did one of Julie's pilates classes last week for the first time.  Brilliant!   It was great fun and was a really nice group of people.   Try it!
