They are advertising new years eve party on the front of the pub and also on face book.

Sure looks that way, on the brewery's website.  Vacancy is there for anyone with £29k to splurge.  :o

Bear in mind 36 pubs a week are closing in the UK, according to CAMRA.  :'(

Went past the Windsor Castle Pub today, the place was in darkness and there is a business opportunity board fixed to the wall, has it closed ?
