There is a simpler way Steve and Amazon. There is a link from each agenda.

For the upcoming meeting it is:

 https://stockport.public-i.tv/core/portal/webcast_interactive/373618

You can watch it live on Wednesday at 6pm.

Be prepared for some frustration though as you often cannot hear the public comments and questions, only the answers given by someone who has a microphone.

Hi Amazon

If you go onto www.stockport.gov.uk you will see a search bar. Entering webcast in this will bring up several links to previous meetings. If you do this about 15 mins before the session begins you should be able to see it but it will remain silent until the meeting officially begins.

That’s how I used to do it, there may be a simpler way but this should work.

Kind regards

Steve

It has now been confirmed that Marple Wharf planning application will not be considered at the 26 September Area Committee Meeting.

Probably just as well as the Garden House on its own will draw the crowds!
when can we see the webcast of this .

The agenda for the Marple Area Committee Meeting on Wednesday 26 September has been published.

As usual doors open around 5.30pm and the meeting starts at 6pm in the Marple Senior Citizens' Hall..

As mentioned below, the revised Garden House Planning Application will be considered so it is likely to be a busy meeting.
The Marple Wharf Development is not currently on the agenda but it is possible that it may added as an addendum.

There's a page about Marple AC that tries to explain in simple terms what they do and how you can get involved here:

http://www.marple.website/marple-area-committee.html

The page includes a map of the Marple Wards so you can see exactly where the boundaries of Marple North and Marple South and High Lane are. It also features a live feed from the Stockport Council web site at the bottom that shows links to the latest agendas issued, meetings held etc.

For ease, here is a direct link to the agenda too:

http://democracy.stockport.gov.uk/ieListDocuments.aspx?MId=25533&EVT=101&DT=A

And a link to the Marple Area Committee page on the council site: www.stockport.gov.uk/mac

It looks like this month's Marple Area Committee will be a busy one!

The Garden House Planning Appeal and the Development Application for Marple Wharf are expected to be on the agenda.

This will be confirmed when the agenda is published a week in advance of the meeting, which is on Wednesday 26 September.

In the meantime, if you missed last month's AC on Wednesday 8th August, you can catch-up here:

The agenda for the Marple Area Committee Meeting on Wednesday 11 July has been published.

As usual doors open around 5.30pm and the meeting starts at 6pm.

Clashing with England's semi final in the World Cup, this has the potential to be the quietest AC ever, but there are lots of Flexi-Fund applications to be heard.

And a link to the Marple Area Committee page on the council site: www.stockport.gov.uk/mac
