What would you like to see the shop opened as? Given the proximity of the Newsagent on Upper Hibbert lane I can't see it re-opening as it was....

I believe the shop on Goyt Avenue is in the hands of a leasing agent in Chorley. Ray.

The guy who used to be at the paper shop owns it. I don't think the new owners do.Hawk Green residents association have tried in the past to have the council do something. There was a complaint of it being a fire risk as papers had built up behind the door.

Does anyone know who owns the empty shop on Goyt Avenue,the one by the Hairdressers.It has been boarded up for a few years and looks an eyesore,I wish someone would do something with it. :o
