They havent bothered with a new floor,just thrown some paint around.........rather an odd shop.......think it was done in a rush......

I am also pleased about the new use of the building, its a bit hard on the eye's being all white inside, but I am sure that with a few wall decorations and features and some floor coverings it will be a really nice shopping experience.

Well it's open and it definately looks much better for being an open shop rather than a boarded up place.  ;D

The building that was formerly of Hanbury's is going to be used as an electrical store e.g. washing machines etc.

I used to shop there during the 80's and I've always said it's a space being wasted up until now.

I wish the store success.

You are correct,it is going to be a CO OP White goods outlet,selling electrical items,not very exciting but at least the building will be getting used. :D ;)

I was told the Co-op are opening it as their Electrical / Furnishings outlet..
