The Mellor March 2024: 30th annual Family and Friends Charity WalkJoin a walk of the the Mellor boundary celebrating 30 years of raising funds for cancer charities in our community.
Sunday 5th May, 9.30am registration at The Royal Oak & The Devonshire Arms.
On 5th May 2024 hundreds of walkers will set off on a walk around the Mellor Boundary, just as we have done every May Bank holiday in pursuit of raising thousands of pounds for cancer causes in our community for the last 30 years! This is a monumental and proud milestone for the charity and the community who many have all had a helping hand in building the momentum. Whether it be supporting putting up banners, beware of the walker signs, posters in the villages and schools, promoting amongst friends, sharing on socials or by joining each year with your incredible energy come rain or shine!
This is very much a community charity so let's celebrate every one of you!
So let's spread the word, and remember all of those who we are fundraising for past present and for the future 30% of the donations are donated to research funds.
