I also have found a negative attitude with some of the staff in there.

Next time you go in, just see if the fire exit with a sign above, its the first till, is blocked by stock and trolleys.

Just see if the closed tills which have a sign on the barrier saying emergency exit only are blocked by trolleys

I was in ToysRus in Stockport on Saturday 23/02/08. 3 thugs entered the shop, had a laugh with a shop assistant, then they went and got a football and started kicking it around. A shop assistant went to stop them and he was punched in the face and ended up with a bloody nose. I was told the name of the thug who hit him and that they regulary come into the shop and mess about with balls. The store manager asked his assistant if he was all right and then left.
On Sunday I rang the Police to find out what the result was only to be told that nobody had reported the incident. I then rang the store manager to ask why he did not report the incident so that the Police could arrest these thugs before somebody else got hurt and he more or less told me to mind my own business.
So next time you go to this shop be careful. There were young kids and babies in this shop who could have been hurt and the manager does not care, I have tried to find ToysRus headquarters to complain but I cannot find  a number or even their location within the UK. Can anybody help? '<img'>
