Just noticed a ball fit class [for core stability] in the Post Office stating on Mondays from 28th Jan. at Brabyns School [Nursery entrance]

Does anyone know of any exercise classes in Marple in the evenings please? I know there used to be aerobics at the cricket club on Monday(?) and someone mentioned aqua-aerobics at the pool on a Thursday(?). Timings would be useful as would info on any other classes. Thanks
