The Virtual Tour has been updated this evening with a selection of photos taken by the late Gordon Mills between 1957 and the early 1960s. These have been passed to Marple Local History Society by Gordon's widow, Barbara. There is also one from Ray Noble of Captain Marvel!

A variety of photos from MLHS folders on Compstall, High Lane and Ludworth/Lower Fold have been added to the Tour this morning, including a couple of interesting shots of the Gasometer at Ludworth prior to and during demolition in 1976.
