A mini plant sale helped us raise £26 for the park during yesterday's task day, so thank you to generous park users!

The next scheduled Task Day is Saturday 10 September and we'd be delighted if you can come along for however long you can between 10 am and 2 pm.

Stout footwear and suitable clothing should be worn and bring your own gardening gloves and small hand tools if you have them. Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

A couple of much needed new volunteers were most welcome to boost our depleted ranks during the holiday season yesterday.

We completed a variety of tasks including plans for an improved floral display at Danny Winter's bench. We hope that visitors will treat these with the respect they deserve and that they'll soon be overflowing with colour.

A double task day this week on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th, with help from Brabyns Preparatory School Pupils has ensured that the park looks the best it can for today's Remembrance Service.

A very BIG thank you to @BPS for your help!
