Report it to the Streetscene Hotline on freephone 0800 068 4996. Their normal response to these issues is said to be on a 24 hour basis although this can vary on the extent of the fly tipping.

There is a reward scheme too, if you can report details of who did it, but I assume it's not applicable in this case.

today I have noticed a mattress dumped near the bridge at Rose Hill, is there a phone number known to complain about this? I wouldn't mind but the tip is only around the corner from where it has been dumped!!!!! some people are so lazy! it looks disgusting!  '>
