Hi Oprah and daughter

Are you meaning the water near Strines?

If so it belongs to Tootals Fishing Club.  The club has two waters. Newton Bank in Hyde and Strines Lodges

The club meets on the first Thursday of every month at the Bowling Green Public House, Crown Point Denton. Membership is in the region of:

New Members £31
Senior Members £26
Disabled Members £14
Senior Citizen Members £12
(Senior citizens joining will pay first year as a new member and subsequent years as senior citizens)

I am not sure if they offer day tickets.

The Club Secetary was Mrs Angela Percival 0161 430 7024 - who used to ask people to phone after 6pm.

Keep on with the fascinating exchange - when do we hear from Dad?  This is better than a night at the opera!
