need to ask what has happened to wolfman he hasnt wrote anything for ages :( :( :( :( :(

I have already made enquiries and you will be pleased to know that he is well. However, he explained that he was not happy with the way I moderate the forum and has not logged in since the end of March.

Not sure what the issue is but just wanted to say I think you are doing a great job and providing a valuable service to residents and friends of Marple Mark

In my opinion 'wolfmans' posts did nothing but occupy valuable bandidth!

Marks fantastic I know how much effort is involved in moderating these types of forums!! but i like Wolfmans posts :) and though some are longwinded have gained a lot more than lost from them!!
and no one misses my posts(or anyone elses).. so he must be doing something right

Not true Lisa, I miss your posts (and those of several others) when you (all) have a quiet spell. You're spending too long on Facebook and not enough here :'( but thank you for the compliments ;D

it is very quiet on here at times.... and sometimes you look on and nobody has made any comments and u seem to think that marple is very quiet.

Is Wolfman the same guy who goes around calling himself 'Wolf'. Has his own tankard, sunglasses, big hat and bigger beard. A bit like ZZ Top? Probably a member of CAMRA?
You know who I mean. Everyone in Marple knows at least one of 'Wolf' or 'One Armed Tony'. Or both. And possibly 'Ada'.
I don't miss his posts, if I wanted to read Stockport MBC website I'd've gone there.

Hahaha, yes that's the one, sorry thought she said Ada. Always has a trolley. Completely bemuses* my two year old, when she makes a fuss of her.

I can't see where anything out of order has been said here. Several people have been mentioned who could be considered local characters but I didn't spot any criticism of them and if I did I would remove it.
I'm pretty sure that Wolfman and Wolf are not the same person :-\

Not if I realise it's being done. We had problems with people posing as different characters to reinforce their own views a long time ago and it is very much frowned upon. Why do you ask?
