Marple Promotions is able to offer a selection of web design, hosting and advertising opportunities geared towards the local business community. These range from a 'Business Card' page integrated within The Marple Website, to a 'full blown' web design service to create and host your own site. Both of these options can be used alone, together, or in combination with web banner advertising to bring your business to the attention of the local community and the wider world.

Below is a brief explanation of the options, illustrated with some of the banners we've created to publicise local events in the past. Click the headings for current examples:

BUSINESS CARD PAGES - These are small pages containing one or two graphics and your business and contact details, done in a colour scheme and style of your choice. They work best in conjunction with a banner advert to gain the attention of visitors, who will click this to discover your page. They also work in conjunction with the site search engine, using keywords relating to your business. Test this out by searching for 'Plumbing' on the Marple Website.

A 'Business Card' page is a low cost way of integrating your business with the Marple Website Community. If you have your own web site already it's also a good way of bringing it to the attention of more visitors.

LARGER WEB PAGES - These are exactly the same in principal as the 'Business Card' page, only with more text, graphics and photographs detailing the services you offer. If you don't have your own site this is probably the best way to gain a local Internet presence. The Ring o' Bells page is a great example of this and is used in conjunction with a banner advert to good effect.

'FULL BLOWN' WEB DESIGN & HOSTING - If you've already got a site that needs a make-over, or if you've registered a domain name and arranged hosting, then we're happy to work with these details and provide for your needs. If you haven't, we can start from scratch to organise low cost domain registration and web hosting on your behalf, which will include a full e-mail service.

ADVERTISING BANNERS - We can provide advertising banners that rotate with the others at the top of the Marple Website. This is a great way draw attention to your business and can be linked to your own site, your 'Business Card' or your larger page on the Marple Website.

FREE WEB PAGES - If you are a local non-profit making organisation or charity, we'd be delighted to set up a web page for you on the Marple Website absolutely FREE. You just put together a package of information and we do the rest.
