The allotments are split across two sites within Marple:
Rose Hill Allotments
Situated on Railway Road near Rose Hill Station
There are currently 35 plots
Seven Stiles Allotments
Situated on Oakdeane road and runs alongside the footpath leading to Ashwood Crescent.
There are currently 40 plots
The allotment land is owned by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and is classed as Statutory Land that is dedicated for allotment use.

Allotment Open Day - Saturday 7th July

Marple and District Allotment Association are holding their 3rd Open Day at Railway Road, Rosehill, Marple on Saturday 7th July 2012 from 10am to 2pm, Admission
Free.
This is an opportunity to look around an established allotment site and talk to plot holders about their vegetables, fruit and flowers. Light refreshments will be available, together with the sale of plants and seasonal vegetables. There will be a quiz and seed sowing for children plus a scarecrow competition.

Marple Food Festival
The Allotment Society run a stall in the food festival where the public can view and buy produce that has been grown by the association.

Seed Potato Day - 3rd March
2013
Following the success of the 2012 Seed Potato Day the association is hosting a day in 2013 where 120 varieties of seed potato will be available for both plot holder and the public. Onion sets, garlic, shallots, soft fruit and vegetable
seeds. Light refreshments will be available on the day.
